MUMBAI: As sex crimes rise, a section among the legal fraternity and activists is asking if sex offenders in India must have some restrictions imposed on them as is done in the US. In America, the law requires states to register and regulate sex offenders residing within its borders. Full Article

Perhaps the country should concentrate more on women’s rights and establishing their dignity as equal human beings.

“Sex offenders” is the LEAST of India’s numerous problems! They just want to create the same boggy man so they can have the same smoke and mirror BS to manipulate people and divert attention from real issues.

Simple as that really…they learned it from the USA where it works quite well as we know.

Create a phantom threat…scare people…and claim it’s done to protect children.

Simple formula.

You would think India would be suspicious of anything coming from the US. They bought into our type of corporate agriculture and it ended up poisoning the residents of Bhopal as well as creating a system of indebtedness that has led to an epidemic of farmer suicides. They need to quit looking to the US cadre of self serving politicians and bureaucrats for answers, particular for programs that don’t even work here, like the registry.
